Let’s Hear You Yell!

Okay, so you don’t actually have to yell. Just post any comments, questions, or topics you want to know more about, or think are worth discussion. Then I, and all the other Cheer People can chime in!

  1. Your Beloved Cheertator

Let’s kick this thang off right! Tell me what you want to see, what you want to know more about. This whole shebang is about you guys- the cheerleaders, the coaches, captains, advisors, and those aspiring to any of the above. I’ll keep packing this site with all kinds of good stuff, but in the meantime- let me hear it!

  2. Reggie Higashi

Good JOD! I would like to see effective strategies for coaching and teaching the adult cheerleader. How to transform the cheer mom into a cheerleader and advocate the adult learner. Where do you start?

Great question Reggie, where do you start?! These are a couple of great discussion topics though, very provocative for people who are looking for a continuation of cheerleading after their college days and don’t know where to start. There is a whole world out there for the post-collegiate set that most people don’t know exists, and you bet I’ll address it!
For anyone who can’t wait for the comprehensive post I’m cooking up, check out the Non-Profit Cheerleading Teams page (Resources – Cheerleading Associations and Companies – Non-Profit Cheerleading Teams) to learn more about the PCA teams throughout the country, offering adults of all ages a chance to cheer, and contribute to awesome charities!
