A few of my favorite things…

Under Armour Cold Gear – I freaking love this stuff! The majority of my cheerleading career was in or around San Francisco, CA. Can you say, “fog”? Yeah. This was a staple in my wardrobe. Literally, every month of the year, if I was packing my cheer uniform, I packed the Under Armour!

Champion Seamless Cami Sports Bra –  No pinching, no pulling, no riding up when you extend your arms, no cutting into your shoulders, and no weird lines under your tshirt. Love these things. I literally have 5.

The Authentic Soffe Short –  I’m not 100% sure, but I don’t think it is legal in these United States to cheer without at least one pair of these. You probably know these simply as “Cheer Shorts”, if you don’t know the brand.

New Balance Cotton Capri Pants – I love these. Sweet and simple, I love to wear cotton leggings to practice because they breathe when you’re hot, but still keep you a bit warm before you get all warmed up. These New Balance capris have a comfortable waist band  that doesn’t pinch or roll, so you can wear them under shorts or by themselves, and they hit just below the knee, but high enough that for flyers, they won’t get in the way for your back spot!

Soffe Tissue Tee – Sooooooooo comfy. It moves with you, doesn’t scratch or itch, and looks adorable! Who could ask for anything more?

Refillable Water Bottles! – Okay, I’m a bit of a germ-a-phobe. Not quite Howard Hughes status, but I am not a big fan of having to but my hands on, and face near a drinking fountain that an entire gym of people have been touching and slobbering on. I would much prefer to have my own personal water bottle, that no greasy stranger gets to manhandle. Maybe that’s just me. Nobody in your gym is a greasy, nasty, germ factory, you say? Well, then how about using one of these puppies in stead of going through 200+ plastic water bottles every year? You’re not going to get any PSAs about polution or recycling from me, but this just makes sense.

This list will continue to grow as I find little nuggets of wonderfulness worthy of my favorites list, and if you have any suggestions, shoot ’em my way!
